For restaurants and cafes

Find out which waiter is actually winning you reviews.

You already know the trick — "mention my name in your review, I get a bonus." Give each waiter their own QR code on the table or the bill. The customer scans it, sees who served them, and taps straight through to Google, TripAdvisor or WhatsApp. You get real scan and click data per waiter — not a guess.

Just want one QR code for a single till, van or desk? That's the free plan below — no card needed.

Built for restaurants

Every restaurant with more than one server has the same problem: you know reviews matter, you might even tell staff to ask for them, but you have no idea which of your team is actually any good at it. A free QR code on the door gets you reviews for "the restaurant" — it can't tell you which waiter earned them. Add both Google and TripAdvisor links (TripAdvisor still matters for tourist trade) and let the customer pick whichever they already use.

Why not just a free QR code to your Google reviews?

For one table or one QR code, a free static QR code pointed at your Google listing is a fine, zero-cost option — the free plan below is exactly that, no card needed. Where it falls short is the moment you have more than one server: a free QR gives every table the same code and zero data, so you can't tell who's actually driving reviews. Paid plans give each waiter their own code with real scan and click numbers.

Why not the big review platforms?

Birdeye, Podium and NiceJob are built for US call-centre teams texting customers via SMS drip campaigns, priced in dollars, $75-400/month. UK restaurants don't run an SMS platform — they run WhatsApp. ReviewQR is a QR code and a link, priced in pounds, built for one waiter or five.

How it works

  1. Paste your Google (and Facebook) review links, pick a plan.
  2. Get a branded review page and a printable QR code for the table, the van, the invoice, or the door.
  3. Customer scans it, sees which waiter served them, taps through to leave a review in one go.

Questions

Do I need to install an app or create a login?

No. There's no account or password - just a dashboard link, sent to your email when you sign up and always available there if you lose it.

Can I add more QR codes later?

Yes, any time from your dashboard, up to your plan's limit. No need to plan ahead for exactly how many you'll want.

A staff member left - can I free up their code for someone new?

Yes, delete their code from your dashboard and add a new one in its place. Deleting a code removes its scan history along with it.

Do I have to print a physical QR code?

No. Every code also has a plain link you can paste into a website, an invoice, an email signature, or send directly over WhatsApp.

What happens if I lose my dashboard link?

Use the "lost your dashboard link" recovery form to have it re-sent to your email.
